How to not gain weight while on my back for 2 weeks because of a high risk pregnancy?

Prevent weight gain: Well, eating less than you usually eat while at bedrest would help you prevent excessive weight gain. During pregnancy you don't want to lose weight, so carefully look at your diet. Eliminate fatty foods and junk foods. Leave those chips alone. Eat more like a rabbit with plenty of vegies and salads. (hold the dressing.).

Not important.: When you have a high-risk pregnancy requiring bed rest, you lose control of your body for the purpose of preventing pregnancy complications. Weight gain and deconditioning are unavoidable perhaps, but well worth it if you can preserve your health and assure your baby's best interests. Be patient, have faith and wear your sequential compression devices during bed rest. Best of luck!
