Not ususally: At your age it is not unusual to have lumpy breasts. The reason for mammograms are for screening or to further evaluate a mass. There is no reason for more studies just because of lumpy breasts. You should continue to see your doctor for your regular exams. If you are concerned about a new lump get see right away. A surgeon might need to see you for that kind of problem.

No,: there is no indication for more frequent mammograms. There may be a role for additional adjunct screening, for example ultrasound, in dense breasts, but currently there are no established guidelines for this.
