Headache: It could be you have deviated nasal septum as well as sinusitis problems which may be causing the headaches. A ct scan of sinuses may be indicated. And appropriate surgery on nasal septum or sinuses may alleviate your problem.

You have a deviated: Nasal septum with symptoms and suffering from them, rinsing may just give temporary relief.Best thing to do right now is to see an ENT ( ears, nose, throat specialist) to fix your nose which will then correct your problem and have a life.
