Neck Rash: If you are on a new medication it could be allergy. Also, contact dermatitis (allergy) with something you are wearing, your sheets, necklace, etc... Try to figure out if there is something you are in contact with that is new. Topical "anti-itch" creams can be helpful while figuring out the cause of the problem. See your doctor if it spreads or is associated with other symptoms. Hope this helps!
