I would: Bring this to the attention of my doctor. The pus should be cultured to ensure the Augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate) is the proper antibiotic, it also needs to be cleaned away. Wound acre is essential in this type of wound. Also, make sure your tetanus history is upto date. You may need a booster, dog bites are considered dirty wounds.

Dog bite: You need to have someone look at this bite immediately. Can be many things: wrong antibiotic, needs drainage, and other complications.
