I had a baby 5 months ago and a csection &tubes tied and im having pelvic pain which feels like it did a day or 2 after my surgery what can i do 4 pain?

You need to see your: Obgyn for an evaluation asap as you need an exam , blood work , possibly cultures and an ultrasound, if you can't get into see your gyn then you should go to the er or an urgent visit center for evaluation.

Talk to MD: This type of abdominal pain this long after surgery is not normal. I would suggest talking to OB doctor who did the surgery.
