Only Chlamydia: Chlamydia yes; gonorrhea no. You need a shot of Ceftriaxone for gonorrhea.

Not the gonorrhea: Doxycycline 100mg twice a day for 7 days is a treatment for chlamydia. Treating gonorrhea requires oral Cefixime or a shot of ceftriaxone. If a person is getting treated for one std, he or she should be sure to get tested for other std's! of course, std's are from sharing, so partners need testing and treatment also.
