Not currently: There is experimental work beong done with cannabidiol which will have therapeutic properties and minimal intoxication; however, it is not available at present.

Yes cold: ? how use medicinal cannabis for fibromyalgia (FM) absent "getting stoned".Tetrahydracannabinol (THC) is cannabis chemical causing "the high". In the plant this chemical is an acid. At 220 degrees (smoked or baked), THC is decarboxylated to neutral form that is psychoactive. CBD's, active vs. pain & inflammation, taken in cold-prepared extracts (Kief, Hash, Tinctures) relatively non-psychoactive.
