How much slow sodium is safe to take? i have pots and it will make it easier to get enough to increase blood volume for my pots?

POTS is a complex condition that needs to be monitored closely by your regular physician and a cardiologist. Any changes to medications or even supplements needs to be coordinated by your Dr who knows your specific history and symptoms and your previous reactions to meds. It would not be useful for a telemedicine Dr who does not have any of this info to suggest doses.

I might add that some POTS patients ( usually young adults with normal kidney & no cardiomyopathy, take up to 10 grams of salt daily. But, as has been mentioned, your treating MD is best to advise you.
