Not currently: There is experimental work beong done with cannabidiol which will have therapeutic properties and minimal intoxication; however, it is not available at present.

Yes: Fibromyalgia patient uses cannabis for symptoms & does not want to be "stoned". THC activated by 220 degrees causes the "high". Avoid activation by using cold preparations. Cold water hash, glycerine tinctures, tea (212 degrees), & cannabutter (prepared by heating cannabis & butter at 150 degrees for 5 hours) creates CBD (pain killer) containing substance that is relative devoid of activated THC.
