Traveler's diarrhea: Not surprising that you caught gastroenteritis in india. The symptoms you have may not be related to a muscle pull. You may still have some bug such as e. Coli, shigella, amebiasis, or giardiasis etc. A stool test is warranted and treated accordingly.
