Use little sauce!: Our population would be much healthier if we used little or no sauces. Sauces contain too much salt in general. Cream sauces have too much fat. Sweet sauces have too much sugar. So, that is why sauces taste good! the sellers of fish sauce label their sauces with an n number to designate which sauce is higher in nitrogen (they say protein). But remember, sauce is not and should not be a real food.
