Many options: Start with simple hygiene and consider more advanced treatments like microdermabrasion for routine care. Salicylics are generally a good first start and can be combined with benzoyl peroxide for spot treatment and maintenance. Would recommend looking into treatments available through a derm/facial plastic/or plastic surgeon.
