Acne: It sounds like an acne flare but could be a contact rash for something placed on the face. You can try OTC Benzoyl peroxide gel at nite. If it is red and irritated, add OTC 1% hydrocortisone 3x/d. If not better, would see a dermatologist on referral to assess further for other med options.

Hit head a couple of hours ago. Didnt hurt bad at the time but now my neck hurts. If i broke it would the pain be intense. I didn't hit my head hard.
