Plantar fascitiis: Is a strong possibility. Or possibly posterior tibial tendonopathy. Treatments you can try include wearing arch supports. Night splints are effective for fascitiis. Ice, antiinflammatories are both helpful as well.

Plantar fasciitis: This sounds like you have plantar fasciitis, where there is pain in the arch and heel area, that is usually worse when on your toes or after first stepping to the ground. You also have to rule out a flexor tendonitis to the arch area. See your podiatrist for a definitive answer and treatment.
