Injury - a cause: Injury is the first listed cause (not necessarily in order of prevelance).So, yes, if you do the type of injury that can result in this - it might indeed. Here's a site w/ lots of info. Read and visit your provider to pursue appropriate action. Best!

Absolutely: Could have caused it the first time. Hard to know exactly why crps occurs after some injuries and not all of them or even most. Please get a full eval,by a PMR or orthopoedist to make certain your diagnosis is correct and not a missed fracture or nerve entrapment. And, we are assuming the pain is in the injures limb
