Maybe: First, check your blood pressure. Usually a hemorrhage is caused by dry eyes or trauma. As long as your vision is good, you will probably be fine. If your blood pressure is up, see your doctor.

No: This is likely a subconjunctival hemorrhage. You only need to see a doctor if you have pain, change in vision or discharge
