Yes. See a doc: It sounds like this could be a localized Staph infection - and you definitely should have proper treatment to prevent complications and to get rid of this once and for all. Staph likes to live in that area... and it forms pus too. It's a nasty germ through and through. If you see an ID doc, they will probably be best suited to help. I'd start by calling your primary doc though and try to be seen.
