See below: Most likely, you will raise your heart rate and become "jittery" as these are side effects of the medicine. However, if you are on a beta-blocker for blood pressure control, the albuterol could temporarily block the effects of the beta-blocker and cause a rise in your bp.

Effects....: You may experience nervousness, increased heart rate, tremors, etc. Albuterol is a prescribed medication and you should not take any medicine that was not prescribed to you, albuterol included. This can be very dangerous ! see your doctor if you think you have asthma for diagnosis and treatment.
