Diagnosis and treat: Although allergies are considered common knowledge, it is most important to first be sure that the symptoms are of allergic nature. Management of allergy symptoms starts with identify and avoid the allergy triggers to stop more allergic reactions. Reduce exposure. Antihistaminics neutralize the most potent mediator of allergy symptoms-histamine. Corticosteroids help with reducing inflammation.

Limit exposure: If you are allergic to pollen limit your exposure not going in area with blooming trees and close the window of the house if any blooming tree are near. If you got exposed wash well hand and face. Might need medicine for eye/nose involvment and certanly will need meds if asthma is part of your symptoms.
