Yes/No: Teeth are formed. So, if the teeth are bad - defective, then it had to be from when they were formed as a child. If the teeth are okay but are deteriorating - it may be more from habit/diet than a condition. If it is a gum issue - then yes a systemic condition can affect the gums. The only other thing that could affect the teeth - is acid - so whether from soft drinks or reflux - be careful.

Many people have conditions where they need to take medications and the meds. Cause dry mouth, which can lead to rampant caries. They are other conditions where if a pregnant mother took meds. During pregnancy that can affect the babies teeth.
