Make the smaller one: Bigger or the bigger one smaller. If u want to make the smaller breast bigger than you will need to have a breast implant, fat injections or free tissue transfer. If you want to make the bigger one smaller then you just need a breast reduction.

Depends on deformity: Treatment depends on the deformity and the patients wants. The smaller breast can be augmented, the larger breast may be reduced. Sometimes both breasts are treated to maximize the symmetry. An example would be to augment the smaller breast and to lift the larger breast.

Lift/implants/reduce: This comes down to an analysis of the differences: it may be simply making the larger breast smaller or the smaller breast larger. However it more likely involves a combination of both as well as analyzing the need for a lift or repositioning of the breast creases or nipples or parenchyma. Perfect symmetry is not a realistic goal and will set you up for disappointment. Goal: less asymmetry:).

Seek Consultation: Online consultants, without the benefit of physical examination or viewing pictures, will not be of much specific help to you. As you can imagine, asymmetrical breasts come in a variety of shapes and sizes-seek consultation with board certified plastic surgeons who can demonstrate significant experience helping patients in your situation. Recommendations will depend on your exam and specific goals.
