Yes: Infertility is a multifactorial disease. Fortunately, many of the causes are reversible and will self correct in time. Infertility can self corret itself when the offending agent or cause has been removed or treated.

Yes: Depending on the cause of the infertility, correction of the cause can allow the person to become fertile again. There are many times when a couple needs help to conceive a child but subsequently can conceive on their own in the future.
