Increased seizures: Mj can lower the seizure threshold. This means abnormal electrical activity in the brain can escape more easily under mj, triggering seizures. This is similar to sleep deprivation, alcohol or certain medications lowering seizure threshold. If you have a seizure disorder, you must abstain from mj.
