What is conservatorship?

See Below: It is a legal right for a person who needs financial assistance for daily necessities due to person's limited capacity. This is completely opposite of having guardianship which means total personal and property due to lack of capacity. It is an ideal person who has physical or mental condition or who needs better protection. The conservatorship is time consuming process and costly.

A legal guardian : A conservatorship is created by the appointment of a conservator, who is also sometimes called a guardian. A conservator is a person or entity who is appointed by a court to manage the property, daily affairs, and financial affairs of another person, who is usually someone who is incompetent by reason of having a physical or mental infirmity or because of age.
