ASP can stand for…: Many things not related to field of medicine but suspect you're referring to male enhancement product esp. Better to avoid such otc products since not certain what they contain & haven't been tested for safety. If having problems of erectile dysfunction, discuss with pcp/urologist. Don't smoke; limit alcohol use; perhaps correcting anemia will help. Doc can offer other options.

In acupuncture an: Asp is an acupuncture semi-permanent needle. They are made in germany & come in stainless steel, gold, silver & titanium. They are used for auricular (ear) acupuncture. They are usually referred to as "asp's".
