OTC pain meds: You can take Ibuprofen (advil, motrin, aleve), acetaminophren (tylenol) or Aspirin for earache. See a doctor if pain persists!

Earache: For an acute earache warm olive oil, then place drops in the ear canal. You can place tissue in the ear to hold the oil in place. Then you need to get an exam to deteermine the cause, infection, TMJ syndrome, punctured ear drum, whatever. This is not something to play around with.
