Yes: According to epocrates...No black box warnings exist for pepcid (famotidine). Only in renal insufficiency dosis should be adjusted. There has been reports associating Pepcid (famotidine) with cardiac arrhythmias and av blocks but I am not aware about chf. In general i think is not absolutely contraindicated. Unless a cardiologist recommends to stop it i don't think it is contraindicated.
