Many causes: Most headaches have benign causes (migraine tension type etc) but there are few causes that have to be ruled out see a specialist.

Get checked: Frontal headaches can occur due to multiple reasons, most commonly eye strain or sinus pressure. It would be good to get your vision checked. There are other potential causes, which could be concerning, therefore if your headaches are not relieved by tylenol (acetaminophen) or motrin, you should get checked.
