Daily frontal headaches..can be from decayed tooth and astigmatism of eyes?

Unlikely: If you are getting headaches every day, you need to see your doctor, sooner rather than later. Astigmatism does not generally cause headaches, and decaying teeth usually cause pain around the area of your mouth that is affected.

Yes: A decayed and infected tooth can cause headaches, jaw pain, pressure in the sinuses and severe pain in the tooth. The facial nerves and muscles are so closely related that a problem in one area is typically felt in multiple areas.
