It depends: It depends how often you take it for anxiety and how many times a day.Valium is a benzodiazepine and it is habit forming and addictive.There are other meds which are used to control anxiety attacks and foe short period you may be able to use valium as needed basis, till anxiety is controlled and reserve valium for occasional flare up.
