?: More information would be helpful..What do you mean by sick?Do you have a history of asthma, allergies, heart disease, chronic lung disease etc?Do you smoke? Are there any significant enviromental exposures when you go outside.Ie..Hay, pets, smoke etc>please call your doctor and set up an appnt>a thorough history and physical exam will help yield dome answers for you.
