Is Wheezing HIV?: No. There is more to the story of course. But, wheezing is a respiratory symptom of a lung infection or asthma. Hiv infections can present with viral symptoms such as muscle aches and pains, and rashes and fevers with fatigue. But, other respiratory symptoms are generally thought not to represent a new viral or HIV infection.
