Probably not: You are defined as being pre-diabetic and probably not diabetic. The easiest way to determine if you are diabetic is to get your hemoglobin A1c tested. The good news is that pre-diabetics that exercise and change their diets can often return to normal. Avoid products with white sugar, white flour, white rice, and pasta.
