Make a decision: Either find another job, or voice your concerns to your colleagues/supervisors.

Cash your check!: Unfortunately, many people feel under appreciated at work. The problem is that we can all let our identities get wrapped up in our work. The reality is we work to get paid and appreciation is often showed in compensation. If you want to feel appreciated, spend time helping others. Try volunteering for children or the elderly, they are typically very appreciative of your time. You are not your work.

Try serving food at the local rescue mission or volunteering in a clinic or hospital especially with children you will be changed and life could have more meaning and you may feel that appreciation you seek.
