Works for some: Orlistat works by interfering with fat absorption in your intestinal track. As a result, your body absorbs last fat from your meals. The downside is it can cause sudden watery stools. And by sudden, i mean really suddenly and unexpectedly. It can put you in embarrassing situations. I recommend against its use.
