Very Little Wt ↓:: Metformin, in long published clinical trials, has no tract record of wt ↓. Orlistat drives only a little wt. ↓, accompanied with GI gas, steatorrhea/frequent urgent bowel movements & whatever wt ↓ rarely lasts at 1 year.
