Yes: You can definitely have a rhinoplasty without general anesthesia. However, many surgeons like myself do not prefer it. I would be more concerned with 1. Finding a board certified facial plastic/plastic surgeon to do the surgery who's results and patient referrals are what you r looking for, ; 2. Discuss with them their preferences and your concerns about anesthesia.
