Is it safe for newborn baby , 4 month-old to watch television and how far should keep the distance between baby and tv? thanks

Sure it's safe, but: It won't hurt the baby now, but the more time children spend parked in front of a tv isn't good for them. It's never too early to start reading to them and letting older kids entertain themselves. There is a reason they call tvs "idiot boxes." good night moon.
