Probably: I was able to find one interaction report that marijuana may increase the INR, but that shouldn't be an issue if you have the INR checked regularly. No other significant interactions on a literature search.

No: Not only could there be potentiation of warfarin effect, MJ is a psychoactive drug and will mess with your brain. Talk to the doctor who prescribed warfarin and seek her/his advice about pain relief.

Alternative thinking: The warfarin is on board to thin your blood. The marijuana likely will neither increase nor decrease your bleeding risk, though it can affect your blood pressure. Acetaminophen is similar but has liver toxicities. The NSAIDS and aspirin increase your bleeding risk. Just avoid MJ with Tramadol - it is a bad combination.
