It depends: The dosage and the number of pills taken daily determines how likely that the stomach lining will tolerate the medicalion. Please read the dosage recommedation on the bottle and abide by that.

Wouldn't think so: As long as you stay within recommended guidelines your system is designed to tolerate that amount. Your body also is designed to heal any minor irritation it may cause, especially when only taken 2 days a month.
