Yes: You will "poop" it all out and you won't have enough clean underwear to go around. Put a cork in it and don't take it together (if taking xenical at all!).

Be prepared: That is a bad combination. Xenical will block fat absorption and you can expect your bowel movement with the oil will be extra greasy.
