I a. having a colonoscopy this morning. i did last nights prep ok. i drank the second prep and 16 oz of water. bowels are doing their thing. got up to get more water and vomited. will it effect my procedure?

Probably: As you've probably had your exam already, you have probably found out your prep may not have been adequate due to not finishing your prep. Many times a quick call to the doctor will allow them to suggest something different to cleanse you completely thus allowing a good prep and a complete exam.
