Consider a check up: If you have been stable throughout the past 16 years, an injury could be a possibility for your forearm crawling. Not knowing what her baseline exam (ex; seizure d/o; spatic cp; risk for trauma) is like, i suggest seeing your pediatrician first and then perhaps a follow up with your pediatric neurologist/orthopedist if necessary.

Suspicious: Any change in mobility behavior for CP or other neurological disorders are suspicious. Swelling, warmth and refusal to use a limb are often signs of trouble.
