See your doctor: I do not know why you had gallbladder surgery. For gallstones? Sometimes there is food intolerance of fatty foods after gallbladder surgery. Sometimes there is something else such as gastritis, stomach ulcer, or other condition. Very rarely retained gallstone in the bile duct. See your doctor for an examination.
