See your doctor: I do not know why you had gallbladder surgery. For gallstones? Sometimes there is food intolerance of fatty foods after gallbladder surgery. Sometimes there is something else such as gastritis, stomach ulcer, or other condition. Very rarely retained gallstone in the bile duct. See your doctor for an examination.

Chest pain: Chest and gallbladder area pain after gall bladder removal could be due to postoperative infection, pneumonia or retained common bike duct stone or something related to the heart. Needs a full evaluation.
