A member asked:

What can i take to stop break through bleeding?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Breakthrough bleedin: Breakthrough bleeding is traditionally a term used to describe intermenstrual bleeding/spotting while on a birth control pill. This i especially common for the first few months on a low dose pill. If this persists longer than 3 cycles or the bleeding is heavy you gyn will have to change your pill, probably to a higher estrogen containing pill.
