Left fascicular block treatment and cause?

No treatment: Left fascicular block is due to slow conduction in one of the two branches of the left bundle . There is the anterior fascicle and the posterior fascicle . The causes of fascicular block is varied from idiopathic or unknown to different diseases of the heart .By in itself it does not cause any problem but a mere indication of abnormality in the electrical conduction
