Saline solution: Are very cheap. Apply that on the nose, topically or use a spray mist, dry it with fresh q tips and coat your nostril with aquaphor ointment, vaseline or a & d ointment. May repeat as often as needed. At times you may need allergy med or prescription nose spray if severe. Steaming up the bathroom help loosen up very stuffed up nose especially the little babies. Breathe better after a shower, right?
