Skin sarcoidosis!: Lupus perneo is a manifestation of sarcoidosis, usually seen in chronic disease. Intra-lesional steroid injections can help, as can systemic therapy. Sarcoidosis is an autoimmune disease that can affect many organs, but more common and serious, the lungs. This disease needs rheumatologic management. The new tnf-alpha inhibotrs seem to work quite well, although this is off-label use!
