Surveillance/treat: Cin i or cin ii of the cervix can be treated various ways. For mild dysplasia (cin i) surveillance with repeat colposcopy in 4-6 months should suffice since half of these lesions regress on their own. Cin ii (hgsil/mod dysplasia) can also be followed but more frequently or treated with leep to both remove the lesion & ensure both complete removal & check for worse pathology. Your doc will d/w you.
